Krystin Keller, CPC – Insurance Specialist and Billing Manager

Krystin Keller has been with Five Points Eye Care Center since June of 2003. Since that time, she has become proficient in all aspects of insurance coding and billing. Krystin handles all patient billing and insurance questions and claims filing for our practice. She provides staff education and training and participates on our HIPPA committee. Krystin is a Certified Professional Coder and a member of the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC) as well as the American Health Information and Management Association (AHIMA). She assists the doctors in office management and organization and frequently lectures to other Optometrists and billing staff in Georgia. She is currently the coding contact for the Georgia Optometric Association and writes a monthly article for their newsletter. Krystin lives in Oconee County with her husband, Rob and son, Jake.
