Terry Brattain, Patient Care Coordinator

Terry joined Five Points Eye Care Center as our Vision Therapist in April 2002. Since then she has worked as Recall and Collections coordinator and now works in our Business Office as our Patient Care Coordinator. Terry is the first face you see as you walk through the door. Terry handles most incoming phone calls, performs scheduling and emergency triage and the initial patient registration. She is responsible for ensuring that patient’s paperwork is completed and entered into our database properly. Terry also keeps our office running on time and ensures that patient phone calls are forwarded to the correct department. Terry is married to Cord and has two daughters, Amanda and Grace. She enjoys spending time with her family and being outdoors.
